With each answer my prospect gave me, I tried to go deeper by asking more probing questions.
With each level deeper, I could tell my prospect started to open up to me why they were really there.

Once I got to my prospects heart, I was able to confidently prescribe the treatment I thought was best... My heart started beating quickly as I waited for her response, and when she said, "Let's do it!" did a somersault inside!
